Our pasta is made with only the best semolina and durum flours, fresh farm eggs and natural flavorings and spices. We roll our pasta dough into sheets and then cut it fresh for you.! Pick any type of pasta you want matched with the sauce of your choice.

Shapes & Cuts
After flavor, you will want to consider what shape and cut of pasta your want. The Italians have refined the use of particular shapes and cuts to compliment their sauces and dishes. As a general rule, for long cuts, the thicker the sauce, the thicker the pasta. Thin cuts usually take a light sauce, if any.
